RE:RE:re. AGMSunny - why do you say the compensation advisor thought the risk of board members went up significantly? 

It looks to me like they are simply using the 2016 compensation report to justify higher compensation.  The timing is strange since the compensation report was from 2016 and given the complete meltdown of the shareprice it seems odd that they should think they deserve better compensation now.
