Does not strike you as a liar? Even if you want to argue he is the worst public speaker for a company ever, and, this time he isn't being intentionally misleading, which takes a special kind of denial, he has said they are bigger than Central Park multiple times on camera. That is a blatant lie. Also 4 million square feet? From where? Their entire property isn't 4 million square feet and they only have 40 acres left for development according to their own releases. Keep making excuses for liars.
