Why think when you can pull direct quotes from the video. It clearly says the have 4 million square feet of facility space. Let's drop the "fully developed" "mispeak" and focus on just the raw numbers. They have 70 acres which is way less than 4 million sq ft and only 40 is good for future development according to them so how do you get to 4 million when the entire property isn't that many square feet?
