So the conversion value today would be $27.56/share ACRG ... plus the $2.55.

Acreage trading today at a 25% discount to the sale "price".   Hmmmm.

Company tweeting out today a CBS Poll - 69% of Americans favour legalization.

Probability of Federal removal of prohibition, leaving it to the States to decide?  Pretty good one has to believe, not only because of domestic considerations, but because the US will become the new center of a new global industry.
