We are talking about this video which runs "FSD by the numbers". They are claiming 4 million square feet of facility space now.
Now people are talking about 2 storey facilities the company has never mentioned. LoL.
Also their facility isn't 3.8 million square feet now. 70 acres is only 3 million square feet so Cannara's +100k is moot. By their own admission only 40 acres more can be used for development so and honest assessment of the numbers would be: 660k square feet of current building + 1.7 million square feet (40 acres) + 100k from Cannara = approximately 2.4 million square feet. Done! Your math is bad.
