RE:RE:PA To Launch Online Gaming by Mid-July I partly agree with you, yet I think it will be sooner (at the early end of your range).

Once Media gets involved and we have 10 states, there is going to be a flood of states running to join. Remember that the Feds in the USA have to cut budgets and push down to the States. That only just started to happen. So states are going to find any which way to earn new revenues, because suddenly they will be responsible to fund programs that previously DC was handling.
