Geez, I guess we now know why the insiders were selling... You mean it wasnt because they needed a new family car? Or bought a new home or tax write offs..(though the timing was perfect because it would give that look like a tax implicaiton). .........I remember all the warm fluffy reasons that were given as to why the insiders would sell. Of course, the "usual suspects" who I think are brighter and more knowledgable about the inner workings than they lead on......but anyhow, IMO, the selling had everything to do with their likely insight into the continued share price depreciation due to not just lower V price but also the company performance being less than the perfection eluded to.. Rememer the news release after the sharp dive....nothing material has chaned for Largo....sounds less than truthful. The reasons for insider selling on this board ranged from, tax write offs, new pool, needed a new car, wanted to invest in MS's other hobby/company. IMO - The insiders sold because they knew that this pig would keep dropping, raping and pillaging its shareholders. Those sales are warnings signs, never to be ignored. Insiders sell to preserve their own capital and wealth. Lee Cooperman is shady AF IMO. And that Woodworth guy who downgraded Largo was doing "gods work" and warning us suckers that this company and its stock was not performing as well as we were being led to believe. Pissed off shareholder.
