Broker 77, Peters, sold 554,000 shares since Feb. 1/2019. Since AVAC is not considered as an insider, it's difficult to confirm that they are the sellers. CZO issued 1,288,149 shares to AVAC to settle a litigation. I am surprized to see that Peters can't find a buyer to liquidate these shares in a block.
