RE:RE:RE:RE:This company screwed its Investors

RE:RE:RE:RE:This company screwed its Investors Did they need to dilute again and again and again?  Do they know what it takes to keep a penny stock afloat in terms of pumping out the press releases and putting the right spin on them? Could they have made an all stock purchase of the mill or delayed it until they put out some more good news and got the stock price higher?  We are left with the perception that they are treating the stock as toilet paper. They are one more dilution away from doom...and they will need to go get more money eventually. If they cannot make the price go up prior to that, then they are doomed. The retail investors are now realizing that they are trapped in a LOSE-LOSE situation. If they have nothing special, then this stock plummets and we suckers take all the losses. If they eventually prove that they have something valuable, then some big operator will scoop up the whole company at a premium (which will still be less than what most of the retail investors paid for). One last thing: who in the hell agreed to 6.5% off the top for some up front cash? I have never seen that before. 1%? 2%? sure.  6.5%?  ~shakes head~
I'm a shareholder. I should not be trashing this company.  But I've just had it with the monkeys that run mining companies. They are the most inept people in the business world.  They show the LEAST regard for shareholders' money. Next time, just dig your own hole, throw your money in there and set it ablaze. Way less frustrating than dealing with the monkeys who manage mining companies. LOL
