RE:RE:Kool SunnyNo one at TOS cares how you vote because there is no dissident group proposing an alternate slate of directors so even if you vote someone out the BOD will just put that person back in. It is too late for an alternate proposal and if it is ever proposed then you would have a notice in the mail back in March while the 2 groups fight it out for votes.
Very simple, but apparently not simple enough for Sunny who makes up his own reality.
