EPS doesn't mean anything for this stock - they have a huge Depreciation/Amortization expense line along plus Finance Charges (Interest, Financing Fees, etc). Adjusted EBITDA growth and Free Cash Flow are by far the better metrics to be focusing on here.

Re: Q1 - I would expect an announce soon as in 2017 and 2018 the Q1 earnings were released in April per the link below
