If the lies made by the mangement about 8 to 10 percent
dividend growth after merger with WGL were not deliberate
I see no reason why SP cannot reach the IPO price of the
subscription receipts within 2019 or early next year. Looking
past the long delay of the approval and interest rate hike which
might have excused the blatant lies made by Harris and Watson
the company has been operationally a success so
far and fundamentals have remained positive if not more
so than as expected. Barring any abrupt change of
Fed's interest policy a price targe ot $28 by 2021
seems over-conservative. Hopefully majority
of investors would at least recoup their paper
loss in a year if all things go well.
