RE:Alchemist will be successful wait and see,,,

RE:Alchemist will be successful wait and see,,,I think AMS will be quite successful as well, quite successful at taking a lot of shareholder money. They have a PP at .25 a unit and you get 4 shares per unit plus the warrants and that looks like a lot of dilution if they sell out. Of course the warrants at .15 will never be exercised and they are going to have a great deal of trouble selling the PP at 0.0625 a share with a bid at 0.005. They don’t have to sell out the PP so there may be enough buyers to pay salaries for a few more months. I’m not sure how you see the bid of 0.005 as manipulation I see it more as what the market thinks AMS is worth. They’ve sold a lot of shares and then did a consolidation while they were halted and shareholders hands were tied because they couldn’t sell. That’s as bad or worse than saying they are a marijuana company and then changing to a tech company  after the halt. I wonder what other tricks they have up their sleeves.
You mentioned a 8 too 10 week halt for a change of business but they have been halted much longer than that and it’s looking like 8 too 10 months if it happens at all. The change shouldn’t take this long and it’s possible the CSE is taking a long hard look at this company and the way they do business. They’ve done more and moved faster since the halt than ever before when shareholders could sell if they wanted to. I’m glad I got out and I’m not a captive shareholder with no option but too wait and hope. This halt may become permanent. I really thought they might be going somewhere when the bid started to go up but now I doubt anyone will get their money back.
