Agreed.  People sometimes discount the importance of having the right management with the right experience.  Here we have at a minimum two people in Martin Walter and Ashley Martin that do not have to pretend or hope whether they are capable of financing and building a mine - they have done it successfully during their careers.  Having favorable viable economics around the resources as we appear to have here is a great start (especially when you factor in the average prices for iron in the past 10 years), but having confidence that the management team can execute on the right plan to build a profitable open-pit mine, or alternatively attract an attractive buyout option, is just as important.
