Bigger LPs have been begging PureSun to sell them product becasue they don't have enough to meet their commitments to the provinces. 
But .. Bigger LPs will not sign a supply agreement, which would be cheaper than if they have to buy at "spot".   Why would Bigger LPs not sign a supply aggreement?  Because then it would be news.  It is material to PSF, and Bigger LPs  don't want to have that kind of news - it shows how weak they are.

I do not know which of the Bigger LPs PSF is selling wholesale spot dried bud to, it has not been reported in financials, no NR. But they are selling to other LPs, and I am certain none of them wants to sign an agreement.
