RE:RE:RE:WarrantIf you're new, then warrants might be a heavy topic and I'd avoid them until you've observed and thoroughly understand them. Basically, their price ideally reflects the potential gain that investors anticipate versus the warrant price down the road. That's why they have a different price - it's based on a different reference price versus shares. They've also just started trading and there doesnt appear to be much liquidity/volume yet so, for now, only small orders would get the best-available buy/sell price. As for why they listed NRTH.WT, I dont know - it coincided with the latest financing, though, so it may be that creating an [ulimately] liquid market for them sweetened things for, or was a requirement of, the financier. A liquid "futures-like" market can also lend to stability of share price by virtue of providing a price reference for a longer outlook. To me, for now, they'll just be neat to watch
