RE:RE:AGMI attended the AGM as planned. There were the standard part of the AGM and than Andrew talked about how things are moving forward with the Cable companies, in home is where the next big thing for Edgewater will be. Revenues are climbing but no numbers given, and they are from more than just Kroger. The experience of the board of directors is going a long way in making important connections.
Andrew stated we are very under valued and his greatest fear in a hostile takeover attempt. Several shareholders voiced their displeasure with the share price and fear that the company would not last. Andrew tried to assure shareholders that things are moving quickly in the right direction.
Dywane was in attendance and he kept a low profile. From what I have learned Dywane still holds all his shares as well as those held in his company with no plans to sell.
I am not sure if what Andrerw said was just blowing smoke up our butts or if this could be a good price to be picking up more shares and dollars cost average down.
I'm not sure I could buy more right now, will have to see what news if any comes out over the next month or so.
