RE:RBC upgrade today ???The Globe had only these few details: "RBC Dominion Securities analyst Geoffrey Kwan raised Element Fleet Management Corp. (EFN-T) to “top pick” from “outperform” with a $10 target, rising from $9.50. The average on the Street is $9.81." and this was available at TD: " Element Fleet Management Corp (EFN). RBC raises rating to top pick from outperform, saying the turnaround at the company is under way and customer attrition issues appear to have been largely resolved."
