No, those are set electronically in case the halt I lifted then they will trade. You can do this with any stock. If you read a news release on a stock now and wanted in tomorrow morning you can set that right now and what price you want to pay. If that price is available it will fill for. You. You can also set a buy or sell price weeks ahead if you wish. But some traders can see these blocks and will trade differently.
