This deal stinks to high heaven

I hope the regulators are looking at this deal closely.... First Andy. Better not use a shell that he or any friends or family members own... Second where does everybody think the 150 million is coming from? It better not be from Harv/Verano money... If it is I will sue to block the transaction! Red flags everywhere! GLTA
