RE:RE:Who is selling?I would like to understand that if the company is not bought. They will not have the choice to make a 50/50 with a partner. Would that mean that they would have to issue 117.5 million shares at market price at $ 0.70 .The Capex would be divided into two 319/2 = 160 - (0.70X 117.5 = 82.25) = 77.5 - money in the bank (35) = 42.5 million to find to finance the mine.If i was the major ownership of NLC like Wellington or Blackrock, they should buy more shares and create a wall at $ 1.00 .The company will gain more money from the joint venture and the investor too.
