RE:RE:RE:RE:This deal stinks to high heaven @magnum... Andy is quoted as saying no dilution to shareholders.... However, that's not true because he just diluted 3 boys farm and sol shareholders own them.. plus dont forget more siphoning of shareholder value with the California aquisition... Red flags everywhere! IMO
