RE:I missed this one.I see now it's not fair having this debate with you as you are not educated on the latest news. Once you're done reading over the constellation deal again and having someone explain it to you, read over the acreage Holdings deal and you will see the constellation can only take a 50% stake in canopy now. No more than that. And for your information the owners of Aurora and canopy are its shareholders. The difference between Aurora shareholders and canopy shareholders is that we have a Fortune 500 company as a fellow investor and you have other people that invested in Aurora because of the lower share price. When your Shares are diluted you do understand that your ownership in the company becomes less and less don't you?

So losing a % or you dilute the shares. I prefer the dilution. So, if Contellation raises more than 50%, Constellation will get the control of WEED. Cash VS owing all the profit? I prefer ACB model.
So Constellation can take control of WEED for $5B \ 139.7M shares = $35.79 per share if the warrants are exercised in the next three years. It is already in the money with WEED at $65.
With this latest investment and the execution of some warrants, Constellation says its stake will become 38 percent of Canopy. Constellation also received an opportunity over the next three years to buy up to 139.7 million in new shares, which represents up to $5 billion in additional funding. If Constellation utilized those warrants, it could raise its total stake in Canopy to more than 50 percent.
