I would add it could be used as a stepping stone for other acquisitons. Slash the top brass, many ops are top heavy on the payroll end. Also, if the mill is not full they can generate some income with toll milling. And they can adjust the mill to exactly what they need to improve Beta Hunt gold recovery perhaps.

A good move.
