Todd confirmed over the phone that subscription is per email address. I agree that a firm can have many lawyers, but use one email to conduct all confidential matters. At the same time not all members of a BAR work for the same firm. Most firms are small. So you need to divide the total number of lawyers in each bar association by 3 or 4 to get good subscription estimate for each bar association.
