RE:Something is brewing for commercialisation from $FMS & $SRA
I am not sure Weatherdon is a value addition to the Focus BOD. He appears to be a crony of Gary's.  Perhaps the other newbie Director, Robin Dow can make more of a contribution; he reportedly has some fund raising experience as a 'consultant'. Let's see.  Of course this has triggered another slug of Director/staff option awards...presumeably designed to incentivise performance, but as we know, primarily an insiders' 'gimmee' ie, treating stock options like confetti and never mind the embedded dilution for long-time small shareholders.
I am left wondering what is going on with Focus and the mine development plan?
We've seen that Gary completed another modest 'flow through' equity placement in Dec 18/Jan 19 to pump about $1.25m into the Company...which is what I describe as a life-support IV line...dripping just enough working capital into the company to keep salaries going and (I presume) to keep paying Grafoid their $200k per month retainer for ...whatever they are doing....finding us some client offtake partners perhaps??!!.
I remain rather jaded about Gary's real desire/ability to develop Lac Knife...the execution strategy is lost upon most of us because of poor management communication. And I have no idea whether our 'mine-to-market' platform will ever be realised.
I see that Grafoid continues to promote new product offerings.....but it remains unclear whether the Focus stake in Grafoid will ever realise meaningful value for Focus....Gary has always appeared willing to forfeit this holding...I remember the Chinese tungsten outfit who back in 2016 signed an MOU to acquire the Focus stake in Grafoid....never heard what happened to this indicative deal;  in every management update since Gary (latest in September 2018) Gary has always indicated that they are considering ways to fund the Company which include selling all or part of our Grafoid stake. If anyone has better visibility as to the status of the mine development plan, final updated feasibility study or financing strategym....please let me know!?    Signed:  sour grapes in London....g.egen.
