Ontario Cannabis Store Secures Additional Supply Agreements With Licensed Producers - February 7, 2019 February 7, 2019 Today the Ontario Cannabis Store, the provinces sole legal online retailer and wholesaler for recreational cannabis, announced that it has entered into supply agreements with six additional Health Canada-licensed producers and 11 new providers of cannabis accessories. The OCS now has agreements with 36 Health Canada-licensed cannabis producers, 23 of which are headquartered in Ontario, and 21 accessories suppliers. The OCS works closely with each of its suppliers to maximize available supply for its online and future wholesale channels to satisfy consumer demand. These agreements will further increase the OCSs ability to provide adequate supply to the future 25 AGCO-authorized retail stores in light of the current national supply shortage. These new agreements demonstrate our commitment to work with Health Canada-licensed producers and deliver on our mandate as Ontarios exclusive online cannabis retailer and future wholesaler, said Patrick Ford, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Ontario Cannabis Store. By signing agreements with additional licensed producers, OCS will broaden choice for its adult customers and will maximize the variety of cannabis products and accessories made available to future AGCO-licensed retailers. The OCS is focused on providing safe and responsible access to recreational cannabis through its online retail store and operating the wholesale distribution network for legal private stores in Ontario. Since legalization, the OCS has fulfilled over 500,000 orders across Ontario.
