12 cents!

12 cents!How is it possible that anyone is willing to sell this for 12 cents? Where do these 12 cent shares keep coming from? It is insane. This has been going on for five months. It has to stop at some point, but each time they drop more amazing news I am shocked to see someone add to the ask at 12.
