RE:RE:RE:There has to be some news soonOh, that. Just someone's opinion/hopes. Firstly, no warrants are being "forced" - their expiry is simply accelerated. The warrant-holder still has the option not to exercise f they dont see up-side from 0.75 price. However, I anticipate that they will be exercised. In that case, it seems highly unlikely that they would immediately dump them at sell prices down to their break-even 0.75 as the person seems to suggest. Investors of the calibre who hold warrants dont generally work that way; are generally sophisticated. Current luquidity would not tolerate their full exit, so they'd be selling a portion of their newly-obtained shares down to their break-even (i.e., minimal gains) while devaluing their remaining position (not to mention their likely much-larger position that they took in the financing round through which they obtained the warrants). Why would any sophisticated investor do that??? No, that is not going to happen. If price happens to dip further to 0.75, it will not he at the hands of those warrant-holders. I anticipate that they will see significant up-side, both near-term and long-term, exercise, and hold for multiple x gains. That's how it would generally work. Of course, people have their opinions and hopes, and some even think they can sway sentiment to make them happen with their bullboard banter (ha!), but always consider what might be underlying bullboard comments, if anything ;)
