RE:RE:RE:What are these guys upto The NPV doesn't really tell you anything about an asset that is not an operating business, which at this point ADEX is not. It is in stagnant mode waiting for Lam & Qwan to come up with the capital to restart the mine which is what was expected when GH bought in in October 2010. The market cap is not a reflection of what the property's potential is, but rather what people are prepared to pay for a small portion of the mine's potential return, given that the board and controlling shareholder have shown no interest in developing the property for over eight years, with much decreased activity in the most recent 3-4 years.
It is interesting that there have been almost 5 million shares traded in the last 10 days. That is either a response to the rumours mentioned in other posts, or the cause of rumours. It doesn’t really tell you anything about what is happening in terms of development because even 5 million shares only represents $ 50,000 at .01/share, which doesn’t amount to anything in the overall expense of getting this moving. If the mine were developed, would the price soar ? Probably, but do you want to wait another 8 years ? I’ve already had my retirement gutted by this.
The market price should be compared to Las Vegas odds of meaningful action on this more than it's potential comercial value.
