 She was not a defendant in the class action suit, so that is not the reason.

The settlement will be for anyone owning units as of April 14, 2014 and who submitted a claim. I have not heard anything about when the payout will be made but it should be fairly simple calculation, divide the $4,950,000 by the number of shares submitted for claim. The should be verifying all claims now so I would expect a payout by the end of June, how much will depend on how many filed.
