Certainly a joint effort in the development of FLEX-9 between the US government and MRS/PTF where the US government owns the right to use any vendor to produce FLEX-9.

We do thankfully own the rights outside of the US.  Again, it does not exclude the US government from selecting us as the vendor of choice if it is their product of choice.

So your statement around “screwed”....certainly not favourable for us, agreed, but your “superior product” reference is, in my view, not accurate as it is the same product, FLEX-9.

Hopefully we will be more successful in the next bidding process should it arise.  There is presently no evidence of this....but remain hopeful.
