RE:ScrapsYou have to believe that they have a plan and will execute it when ready. I think that the stages look like this:

1. Fine tune the global sports betting platform based on the SKYBET engine/platform.
2. Acquire sufficient states in the US to launch a media partnership.

My sense is that the current DOJ opinion gets in the way of interstate play and encumbered the platforms with state by state hosting (for payments) etc. Once there is some decision to set aside the latest DOJ opinion, intrastate play will restart and Stars will be well positioned to add every state (except for Nevada for now) to their pool and centralize payment servers. Interstate play has very much helped WSOP and would any platform to have a sensible strategy and execution capacity. While sports betting is not affected by state border issues for most, it has some negative effect on bottom line due to infrastructure replication.
