RE:RE:RE:RE:Hey Ghetto InvestorsOkay, something I can respond to.
Aurora is run by dilution crazy nuts. I mean just look at what they did with their 3.2 billion dollar aquisition. It was clearly an attempt to take over the number one spot and they didn't even get close. 3.2 billion dollars was a crazy price for what they got. Just look at what canopy just got from acreage for for the 3.4 billion dollars. They have licenses now in 20 States Andover 83 dispensaries. I don't think many people are understanding the magnitude of the acreage deal. The timing was incredible, the price was incredible and if the states rights act or the safe Banking Act gets passed the price for one of these msos will triple. Currently the mso's are in desperate need of cash because they can't get loans or list on US exchanges. Once they can list or get loans are investments from Banks the cost of doing business will be out of Aurora's reach and they will be left to buy smaller Regional players but even that they'll still have to dilute because they have no money.
as for production, right now canopy blows away Aurora. I'll concede but sometime in the next 2 years Aurora's production will surpass canopies in Canada only and only under current circumstances. If you take all of acreages production then Aurora isn't even close. I also want you to understand that the growing of marijuana it's not going to be very profitable and the price of Marijuana is going to drop substantially when Supply caches up to demand. Bruce understands that and knows that he will be able to buy any amount of marijuana that he needs very cheaply. He is not focused on raising production anymore oh, he is focused on deals like acreage. Think about it, if Bruce really wanted to have more production than Aurora oh, he has 5 billion dollars to make that happen and it would be a drop in the bucket for him to do so. So if more production was that important don't you think he would do it, I mean it's not like building a rocket ship.
so now you're next comments about Edibles and drinks. I'm sure Aurora will have a decent offering of edibles but they don't have Martha Stewart standing behind their products. Marketing is everything and this is something that separates Bruce from every other CEO in the business. So even for the Edibles canopy is going to have the edge. Now beverages. I'm very surprised you brought that up because this is where canopy is going to blow every other company out of the water. They have constellation brands. That should be all I need to say but I'm going to take it a step further. One of the rules Health Canada's implementing is that Edibles and drinks cannot be manufactured in the same buildings as foods that don't contain THC or CBD which means you need a separate facility. Canopy is the only company that is going to have a separate bottling facility up and running by the time drinks get legalized. This bottling facility was designed and built by constellation brands. Aurora doesn't have a bottling facility and there's no other bottling facility in Canada that doesn't manufacture other products in their building so I'm not sure where Aurora it's going to get their beverages from. You might want to ask cam about this.
if what Aurora is doing is equivalent to building an M1 tank and canopy is developing weapons Far More destructive than thermonuclear weapons. I'll give you one thing. Aurora got the Lots in Germany. The lots are very small and Aurora had to come in with a very cheap price. Just because they got the Lots it doesn't mean that other companies are prevented from importing cannabis. Canopy didn't get any Lots so let's ask ourselves why? Is it the canopy couldn't have got them if they wanted to or is it because Bruce felt it was much more important to focus on the US. I know my answer to that question. Bruce's foresight is second to none.

The problem is, cam has you guys behind the 8-ball. Way too much dilution, way too many shares outstanding and as a result your share price is low which makes any deals going forward even more dilutive. 2 years back I would have said that it was going to be a battle between Aurora and canopy but now Aurora is bringing a knife to a gunfight. I don't care if Aurora takes the number 2 spot. I think it would be amazing if Canada had the number one and number two cannabis companies in the world. Unfortunately because of all the dilution and lower share price, I think that you were going to be overtaking very quickly by the US mso's. You better hope that cam can convince one of the mso's to take your Monopoly shares going to take over deal. The problem is even if he does convince them, the dilutive effects are going to be crazy. I do wish Aurora the best of luck even though it doesn't sound like it at times, I just think what they've done is outrageous. You have to admit the market agrees with my point of view and that's why canopy is being rewarded.

I'll go further and say that right now there is Canopy Growth and then there is everybody else. The deall with Constellation Brands has put Canopy head and shoulders above the rest of the cannnabis companies in their ability to expand while keeping the favorable nod of the market. Lately, being listed on the TSX 60 was a big boost for the company in that it attracted a new class of institutional investor. I concede that Canopy is number 1 in the heart of the market but it doesn't mean it will stay that way. Apple could do no wrong until Samsung knocked it off of its top perch. Is Aurora destined to be the Samsung of the cannabis world? They sure are trying their best to show that they are up for the job. This company is not run by dilution crazy lunatics. Every move they make is carefully orchestrated to kick a
$$ when production numbers are accessed and at one of the cheapest cost per gram in the industry. Granted Aurora isn't there yet but they soon will be. It would be foolish for an investor to overlook the sheer volume of automated production that Aurora will be capable of by 2020. Add the edibles and beverage lines and the possibilities become truly staggering on the profit scale.
I agree if you are comparing a gun fight between Aurora and Canopy at this moment in time Aurora is bringing a knife to the fight but maybe you haven't noticed the M1 tank they are assemblying to bring to your gunfight. Size matters, financial numbers matter. We might just see the dethroning of the king in a very short time.
