Most likely with a fat check in his pocket from Bazzam but whatever. This group of concerned shareholders definitely has a ton of money on the line and the only way to make money for themselves is to make money for investors too so that is encouraging. I've heard drew malcolm is the owner of herbal dispatch but I doubt that shareholders affiliation with previous grey market will matter much to regulators in California or the US especially if New management is essentially all new operators and I would think a name change will happen in short order to solidify that. Best case scenario from here is that Ascent keeps Nevada rolling and continues to expand there, as well as continuing the plans they had in California. With 30M$ cash to work with, things should be able to move forward without much further dilution and hopefully a positive way forward is quickly put forth by management and the sp climbs a bit.
