RE:Shady but maybe on to something ?

RE:Shady but maybe on to something ?

You should be accurate at least when being critical. To inform you, lets start with the Board members. Mike Southwell, is no longer on the Board (war vet) but was an engineer and founder of the original MFT clinics. He has donated 20 million shares of CHV to a veterans charity that he helped create. Not much to hate about a man like that IMO.

A new Board member is Chairman, Gaetan Lussier.

Mr. Lussier was a deputy-minister for 18 years of which 12 years were in Ottawa with Agriculture-Canada and Employment and Immigration. He was also President of Weston Bakery (Quebec) and CEO of Culinar, both food companies. Mr. Lussier has extensive Board experience having sat as a Director on various boards including Shoppers Drug Mart. Presently, Mr. Lussier is Chairman of the board of 3 Sixty Secure Corp., a logistics and security company dealing primarily in the field of cannabis. Mr Lussier received the Order of Canada in 1981 and brings various expertise to the Board of Canada House. Mr Lussier holds a B.S.A, M Sc, PhD

Mr. Lussier resume implies important leadership credentials as the edibles market opens up in Canada this fall. Weston he was President and CEO at Culinar being the points of reference. Also good enough character to be on Shoppers Board which could imply some upcoming sales channel partnerships will be forthcoming as cannabis sales begin soon for CHGrow. Order of Canada speaks for itself, while it is important for uninformed investors to realize the importance the company he Chairs, has in the cannabis industry. 3 Sixty Secure Corp recently bought David Hydes company and is a stand out in the industry. David Hyde also is well known and respected.

A second new Board member was recently added and is a former Premier of NB where CHV has several clinics and a partnership with the University of NB for research of medical cannabis efficacy. Impressive resume and well placed as a Board member of CHV below.

Mr. Graham served as the 31st Premier of the Province of New Brunswick, Chair of the Council of The Federation, Co-chair of the Northeastern Governors and Eastern Canadian Premiers, and Co-chair of a Pan-Canadian Trade Mission to China. Currently, Mr. Graham is President and CEO of G&R Holdings Inc., a company that assists in the development and implementation of international projects and business alliance strategies, with a special focus on globalizing with China. Mr. Graham was awarded an Honorary Doctor of Laws Degree from the University of New Brunswick and was named Visionary of the Year Award by the Global Intelligent Community Forum in New York City, NY. At present he is a national director for Ducks Unlimited (Canada) —North America’s leading wetlands conservation organization and serves as an advisor to the University of New Brunswick’s Faculty of Business Administration.

There also exists the Medical Advisory Board.

MEDICAL ADVISORY BOARD • Provides guidance on ethics and best practices • Provide medical leadership across CHV • Membership from physicians prescribing cannabis for Canada House Clinics and external physicians with key expertise • 4 physicians growing to 6 as board formalizes in 2019

Norman Betts with a PHD in management is also on the board, resume below.

Norman Betts A recognized leader in corporate governance and strategy. Awarded PhD in Management from the School of Business at Queen’s University in 1992.

Dennis Moir as below:

Dennis Moir An accomplished financial and operational executive with significant experience in strategy formulation and mergers and acquisitions.

Plus CEO Chris Churchill who has been responsible for rebuilding CHV positonining and strategies. The steps taken under his leadership are smart and will benefit shareholders. He has surprised investors already with a second LP in AB (Vegreville), a retail store in AB and expanding clinic numbers and strategies. 2 new clinics already, one in Toronto and the more coming in hotbeds for Vets. Like Quebec, BC and NS. All have major CF bases to locate around and are logical locations to add plus it will provide, coast to coast coverage for the clinic chain. The clinics have also expanded their reach into seniors and general population demographics by targetting thru Peaks Pharma Solutions and providing back up doctor assistance during peak need times via Hello MD partner.
