I did not mean to say that anyone should buy illegally I was just making the point that the illegal operations are vastly better at providing what consumers want than the federallly licensed approach.If you are ever in California or Washington state check out the stores that is how it is done all products that are available in the black market are available to consumers legally.There are something like 1000 licensed boutique growers in Washinton providing very high quality products that smokers have had access to illegally for 30 years.The big growers here are not providing a quality product anyone who is an experienced smoker will never buy it.
