Before I decided to go on my recent THC buying blitz, I compared THC's forward price-to-sales ratio (P/S) with some other players. A lower number is better. Canopy: 92, Aphria: 49, Aurora: 58.... THC: 6. Yes, SIX.

The P/S doesn't consider one critical factor - debt. If a company has a large amount of debt, the P/S can be mis-leading, in a bad way. So how much debt does THC have? I think it's none.

Better start buying folks because numbers don't lie, only scum-sucking shorters and bashers lie.

ThC states they own 18 units at Acland. Let’s say that maybe 16 are HC approved (probably not). We know some units are 1000 sq ft, some are 2000 sq ft, some space is needed for starting plants, storage, processing, not all space is being utilized for producing crops. For no reason other than having good discussion let’s say, they use 3 of the 1000 sq ftunits for storage, starting seedlings, clipping, rolling those pre-rolls, packaging, etc. That leaves at most 13 other units for growing. Maybe 5 of these units are 2000 sq ft, the other 8 are 1000. So maybe at worst case they only have 18,000 sq ft in grow space currently producing (we don’t know the real answer) . Also assume no multilevel growing bs either

“An average of around 250 to 500 grams (1000 for advanced growers) with a 1000-watt HPS lamp in a grow room that measures 5 x 5 x 8 ft.”

Ive never grown Cannabis, but let’s assume THC’s setup is slightly better than joe blow with his 4 plants at home and they can average 800 grams per 25sqft section. 18,000total space/25 sq foot sections is 720, multiply that by 800/ 25ft space and you get 576, 000g per crop. 3 crops a year? 1.8 milliion grams total production, they are a bit low with my numbers, but this would be worst case. Can they expand fast enough?

So do they have enough sq footage? Yeah probably.
