Sage Ranch more than justifies the current cap

Sage Ranch more than justifies the current capYeah yeah I get it.  We're all here for cannabis, right?  WRONG.

Others, myself included are also here for Sage Ranch.  Sage Ranch doesn't get much attention on this board but it is one NR away from gearing up to produce as much $10m or maybe even $13 million PER YEAR IN NET OF TAX, DISCRETIONARY (FREE) CF FOR EACH OF PWR AND GRB.

I'm heavy into PWR and GRB.  In my books you have to own both.  PWR gives you 50% of Sage and coming DIRECT exposure to the Maritimes and MEXICO cannabis.  GRB gets you exposure to the other 50% of Sage, as well as the Montalva solar project and Real Block which I'm thinking, hoping is going to be a doozy (as in great!).  GRB has 20 m shares out and 10.6m PWR.  Now if PWR trades  at $1 or more for 10 consecutive days, GRB will dividend out its PWR to its shareholders prorata.  I'd love to increase my PWR holding through a stock dividend.

My numbers come from here.
