What I meant about the $$.. I was referrin gmore to a question that was asked at the meeting. How are hte finanes of th ecompany, to which John replied if we get a PO and a deposit we will not need to raise more capital (Share offfering slit or other) 
I was not thinking about EDC in that comment, but he did also say that when they get the first deposit and PO for the rroftops, that shoudl also solidify the EDC money. 

One other point, He did not apologize for the release thewy put out about "having EDC funding in a couple weeks" but he did acknowledge that it was premature. It was put out when they "thought" they had everything lined up and EDC said it all looked good, but after a more detailed look at the financials, EDC said they needed more... I took that as positive, and I am quite sure they will not be as quick to make that type of statement again until they are sure
