Hi all
i'd venture that recent changes in management are more about a potental RTO for another entity looking for public market listing, and potentially utilizing tax losses should it quakif under CRA tax rulings.
Thats the present and future
Those of us that remeber the past would like to know if RZX has booked and intends to repay a 500k debt to patch (now stem).

November 6, 2015 – CALGARY, AB – Patch International Inc. ("Patch" or the "Corporation") is pleased to announce that it has advanced a secured non-convertible loan (the "Loan") in the amount of CAD$500,000 to Formation Fluid Management Inc. (DBA “Formation Fluid Technology”) ("FFT"), a company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. The Loan is evidenced by a promissory note issued by FFT to Patch (the "Promissory Note") and secured by a general security agreement. Amounts outstanding under the Promissory Note shall accrue interest at a rate of 10% per annum, payable in arrears at maturity, and will be due on May 5, 2016. The Loan will be used by FFT for working capital and general and administrative expenses. The Loan remains subject to final approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. August 29, 2016 – Lethbridge, AB: Robix Environmental Technologies, Inc. (“Robix” or the “Company”) (RZX:CSE, R0X:Frankfurt) and Formation Fluid Management Inc. (“Formation Fluid”) (FFM:TSXV) announced today that they have entered into an amalgamation agreement dated August 26, 2016 (the “Amalgamation Agreement”) together with a newly incorporated subsidiary of Robix (“SubCo”), pursuant to which Robix has agreed to acquire all of the outstanding shares of Formation Fluid by way of a three-cornered amalgamation (the “Transaction”). Under the terms of the Amalgamation Agreement, Formation Fluid and Subco will amalgamate under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia) and continue as one corporation, which will be a wholly-owned subsidiary of Robix and will carry on the business of Formation Fluid following the completion of the Transaction.
