A contract with the US Airforce for long term leases to rent housing.  Not some unknown to be developed technical deliverable, we are talking a ($4;5! Subdivision.  We own the land, the city, community and the businesses love it and the remaining noise and traffic permitting is piece of cake.  The subdivision is right beside a school if memory serves.

The lenders will be lined up around the block to give them money.  Do you know how much money is sloshing around down there, esp with those tax cuts for trump and the rest of the 1%???   Geez once that contract is signed the could turn right around and sell the whole project to big, national home builder and call it a day!  That co could not just “earn’the construction margins but would have the most credit worthy customer in the whole world, the US government, as a long term, could be 40 years, leases.

Nothing happens without a deal however.   They need to agree and sign on the lines.
