If the deal closed right now, OH would get $14.66 worth of CL stock. So it goes without saying that CL remains the key and OH will simply go along for the ride. It's highly unlikely that OH will go much lower because once the finish line is in view, OH will rapidly close the spread between the two stocks so investors don't want to miss out. GLTA
