RE:Doug and Brad silent as Input reaches all time lowI totally understand the sentiment and feel just as frustrated. That said, the valuation here is ridiculous. I think there's a good chance the company ends up getting taken private -- at a price that is obscenlely low for long-term shareholders, but still represents a pretty big bounce from where we are now. There's no reason they can't get close to book value for the assets. That's 70% upside. If you only think the company is worth 80% of book, still a lot of upside. I don't see how it makes any sense selling here. The only reason the company is trading this cheap is their inability to secure the financing to grow the business. It's worth a lot more to a potential acquirer that has access to this financing.
