RE:NR 2019-04-29 Another step forward.Not sure what the market thinks of this pr but to be it suggests ocmx $5m financing is about to close! And the pp will pay for the permit. Looks like go go go to me.

The net proceeds of the offering after payment of commissions will be used by the company for working capital expenditures related to acquiring the production licence for the Sangihe project during the final stages of closing the credit facility loan of up to $5-million announced on March 1, 2019.
