I can now understand why so many SHORTS are on this stock.

Two months ago, Alefia indicated that the Outdoor Licence was submitted to Health Canada and they were waiting for approval. Now, we find out that the construction was not complete (until todays press release).

Why would they apply for the application when they know the HC rules for security requirements. This is not there first rodeo in building out a site. Was ALEFIA misleading shareholders?

Am I missing something here?

Any comments would be appreciated as had I known this I would have scaled back shares two months ago.
