More questions than answers

More questions than answers
Glencore has "unveiled a review at the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRCs) Katanga Mining operations, a subsidiary company which is listed in Toronto. The review, aimed at improving the quality of its copper product and lowering costs, would be finalised in the third quarter of the current financial year".

So the big question the BoD should be asking is: why on earth retain the KAT Toronto listing?

It requires large, unnecessary Toronto overhead;

It requires large, unnecessary Toronto & Swiss legal (for OSC compliance) = the thing GLEN/KAT used to simply ignore;

And the Canadian PR crew? They are ineffectual and should have been fired 2 years ago...

Yet another question for the BoD at tomorrow's AGM.

These are my views only. Thanks for reading.
