The delay ion MTN Valley

The delay ion MTN Valleyis what is dragging it down this morning but I expect the news from the ER will overcome this. ALA is counting on it for about 9 percent of revenues  goinjg forward.  And they will get that but not quite as soon as hoped.  I am not sure how many assumed there would be no delay in Mountain Valley.  I did not expec tmuch from 2019 to begin with.
