Nextleaf pursues Stockhouse forum users in court I've been a basher at times on stockhouse. What I ensure to do is provide accurate information on the stocks I bash. One was GLH where some hate me for bashing but I will let the history tell the story there. A couple others like ZMS or Zectotek.
I like to hear both sides of the coin but the posters on stockhouse abuse truth most often and in those cases, love to see them face companies wrath. Lying and bashing with no basis in fact should be punished, along with supporting those efforts with numerour alias accounts IMO. It is part of why stockhouse has become irrelevant for investors. I rarely look at stockhouse anymore myself.

Nextleaf Innovations Inc. has filed a petition in the Supreme Court of British Columbia in which the company is seeking to identify three Stockhouse forum users for posts that called the company a pump-and-dump and accused its chief executive officer of holding stock illegally. Nextleaf says that it has no way of identifying the users without the assistance of the courts. It is asking for a court order that would compel Stockhouse to hand over identifying information.
The request from Nextleaf is contained in a petition that the company filed at the Vancouver courthouse on April 24, 2019. The suit seeks information that may allow it to identify three forum users: "BetoORourke"; "Charliemiller"; and "RogerStone." Nextleaf says that it will pay all reasonable costs associated with providing identifying information for the three.
Nextleaf's request stems from posts that began appearing in Stockhouse on March 22, 2019, and continued through to April 3. The messages, as quoted in the petition, include one by RogerStone on April 2 that read: "You can stare at your screen all day ... but it won't change a thing. This pump and dump is going to fade into obscurity along with your har earned $$$. May be it's time to wake up from the nightmare and move on. JMHO."
