If that's the case then why didnt GLEN buy KAT when it was around $0.12 aka when they were doing the upgrades. I personally don't think GLEN will buy out the remaining shares.

Think about it, they will spend quite a bit just to buy us out at fair value, they dont need to do this as they already exert signficant influence over KAT. At this point in time and for the foreseeable future, its cheaper for KAT to be a public company.
